A real “people person”, Robert offers a wealth of experience to his clients, bringing over 30 years of experience as a highly successful litigator and trial attorney in New York State as well as the United States Federal Courts. His practice has included, Plaintiffs Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and Real Estate. In additional to being a licensed real estate broker, he is an admitted attorney “in good standing” in New York State, Connecticut, and the Federal Courts of the United States. He is well regarded by his peers and clients for his integrity, trustworthiness, and compassion, as well as being a vigorous and strong advocate for his clients.
Having litigated and tried numerous cases to a successful conclusion, Robert has also served as an appointed mediator on numerous complex matters, where astute and effective negotiation skills are a must. He has a wealth of experience in contract drafting and interpretation which have proven to be highly effective in protecting the rights of his clients, as well as reflecting their best interests.
This vast experience explains Robert’s sharp skill at negotiating, predicting the other side’s next move, spotting potential issues, problem solving and ultimately bringing parties together to effectuate a favorable outcome.
Born and raised in New York City and having lived on Long Island for over 25 years, Robert Graduated from St. John’s University as well as St. John’s School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor degree and degrees in Political Science and Philosophy.
Robert was Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989 and The State of Connecticut Bar in 1988. He was likewise Admitted to The United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1989, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2013. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau Bar Association, and the New York Trial Lawyers Institute.
